If it's a city or county run golf course? Maybe.But if it's a private run course then it is private property. They can make any rules they please.

I think you will find most golf courses prohibit ALCOHOLIC beverages while on the 'greens'.Water / Juices for re-hydration is probably encouraged.Alcoholic beverages + Sunlight tend to dehydrate the body = they don't want people keeling over on the 'greens'.
