W washington ave at hogan dr across from lv golf course question?Wilfredo
I have an opportunity to rent a home very inexpensively in the area of Hogan Dr and W. Washington Ave. I've been told about the lettered streets being bad, etc, but this is up by Gibson Middle School, not down by the lettered streets. I am wondering what type of neighborhood this is, would it be safe to live in. I've checked crime sites but it isnt as specific as talking to people who live here who can tell me their opinions.
