I have thought of that,but the current owner has taken very poor care of the course and stays durnk most of the day.When we talked about him financeing part,his reply was he would like to stay on and run the course as a condition of him helping out with money.he is the problem with business.

before you borrow any money ask pre. owners about financing part of it, may work out best for both of you.
