Are they such things as free public golf courses in pennsylvania? i thought that i saw some in parks?Arnold
None that I am aware of. Maintaining a golf course is very costly, and green fees help offset those costs. If you live in a community that owns a golf course (municipal or park), there is often a discount for residents.
