What are the best golf courses in the portland oregon area?Angel I'll be spending June 29 - July 4 in the area, and I am looking for suggestions.
Letitia As someone mentioned the Reserve is a nice course, Langdon Farms (same owners) as well. Also try Pumpkin Ridge, the OGA course in Woodburn, and Heron Lakes. If you have access to private clubs, definitely play Oregon Golf Club, and Lake Oswego Golf Club.
Chantal Sun River is not too sar from Portland. This link details the best courses in the area: http://www.associatedcontent.c…
Abel If you want to drive to Medford Oregon go to Eagle Point Golf Course, I played there last summer and as a 5 handicap at the time had an awesome experience, or go to Kalamath Falls and play Running Y Ranch it is an Arnold Palmer Design and is a true test of golf skills set in the hills around Kalamath lake it is pretty cool

Antionette There are lots of nice courses in the area. My boyfriend's favorite is about 45 minutes outside of Portland, Skamania Lodge. You should check out www.golf503.com for some great rates on golf. You can get 18 holes, plus a cart and $5 towards lunch for $30!
Artie The PGA Masters has been played at Pumpkin Ridge, about 20 miles from Portland. http://www.pumpkinridge.com/location.cfm
