I do not live in your area. But in Los Angeles, there are many golf courses that give preferential rates to county residents. Check with the golf courses. Call them and simply ask. Nobody has ever been jailed for simply asking a fair question. And if you are a senior golfer, most if not all public golf courses give discounts of some sort. Just ASK!Passport? Not very likely but discounts will be given on "as you play" basis.
