Can someone please help me find the legal definition of recreational facility in new york state?Casimira
I need to find the exact legal definition of a "recreational facility". I want to see if it includes golf courses. Can someone please tell me what the definition is and where you found it? Which legal book? Which section? etc. thanksssss

This definition does not appear to be contained complete within the New York state code. Various cities' codes do define the term, but each appears to be somewhat different. The only way to properly define it would be through a study of case law and its interpretation of the various city codes. It would be helpful to know what city you are in, or what city you wish to study for the purposes of this definition.
