Right in Litchfield is the Passaconaway Country Club which is a par 71 public course. The next two closest that I would suggest are the Souhegan Woods Golf Club and Amherst Country Club in the neighboring town of Amherst, NH.
We are looking to stay overnight on a weekend in May and play 2 or 3 rounds of golf in 2 days. We are interested in Vermont, New Hampshire, Eastern Pennsylvania, New York. I would prefer high quality courses. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
