How much does a beer cart girl make at a golf course?Antwan (In Maryland)
Ehtel depends on many things. Looks, Clothing, Attitude Also depends on what type of course you work at. I would suggest a nice club or upscale public course
Kaylee In all seriousness... it just depends on how hot you are and how good you are at talking to strangers, mostly middle-aged drunken men.
Elton It depends on the day and how good you are at it. I work at a golf course and my girlfriend used to come in and do it occasionally. On a busy day she made $100-250 a day.
Rachell I don't want to sound out of line but if you want to make good money on tips alone, then show some boobs and a good attitude no matter how many jerks there are like me on course. this one young lady was so keen on just responding accordingly to my corny sense of humor that I gave her a ten buck tip just for knowing how to "work it" which made me feel happy inside.
Drusilla Sad to say, the evil is kind of right. However, a friendly outgoing attractive girl can do very well in tips by just doing a good job. If you can remember what your best customers typically order, you can do even better.
Anissa Man, I think I've played golf with all these guys :)Seriously, for me and my buddies. Absolutely looks helps, but 95% of it is attitude. Being friendly and smiling and of course laughing at the stupid jokes. Also one thing that hasn't been mentioned. Come around more than once per round. You should hit each group at least twice per nine holes. Don't hang out in the clubhouse with your friends, or park under a tree waiting for the groups to come to you. This may not help you tips, but will make a lot of guys appreciative. learn some golf etiquette. Like dont' start the cart and take off as they are about to hit, don't drive up to the tee box as they are hitting etc. You're Pro should help you out with this.Good luck. Where in Maryland are you thinking about working?
Hedwig Topless or clothed?
Domingo don't pay any attention to what the other guys say. It does matter what you look like, but if that is the Sole reason you get the job, you have to take a look at the employer. That "hiring criteria " is the same that will lead to other employer / employee work relationship problems. If the course is professional and you are fit , take good care of yourself is more important than what kind of Sunglasses you wear and what kind of Handbag you carry. ( you can dream of course ) Also -- in Maryland there may be courses where you can caddy... and probably make a heck of a lot more money catering to one group or even one individual.
