There was a course on the west side of Indy that didn't allow blacks for a long time. They now do. Fuzzy Zoeller - from New Albany Indiana made some headlines a few years back for some homo-phobic comments he made. But that had nothing to do with a specific course.

It's called Whitey's or Cracker's... I'm not sure which one... and I think it's in Homophobe, Indiana.ps... There are "hicks" in every state and I can attest to that. I'd like to see the hick who owns a 9,000 square foot house on a golf course... they're not my neighbors...
