Alexia hI my villa is on the gulf coast 90miles south of Tampa and there are four golf corses withing 5mins drive its quiet and backs on to a 80ft wide canal it modern and has all the modcons. The thing about being close to disney is its over crouded with main roads at the bottom of the garden. The "villas" are on top of each other and its all so in your face.My place is in Port charlotte and its an hour from Bush gardens north or the Everglades South and once you have done the" parks" then you can chill out with a fully fitted villa catering for everyone. it can be found on vrbo.com *80081have fun wherever you go
Pasty There are some big villas in the Cumbrian Lakes subdivision that look out onto lake or conservation views that might be suitable for you.On these websites you can do a search for all properties in Cumbrian Lakes
Ceola Windsor Palms has a good reputation and some pretty nice homes within 5 minutes of Disney property. I have stayed at their development twice and was impressed both times. And no, both homes I stayed at did not overlook a backyard, just a fence and a small lake. Here is their website: http://www.windsor-palms-florida.net/
Hosea try http://www.villadirect.com or http://www.allstarvacationhomes.com . They have tons of stuff. we always rent in Emerald Island and we back on to a ravine or just land.. you do have neighbors but most houses have trees and stuff providing lots of privacy! I hope this helps!
Felicitas all the villa's in Orlando r like condos and you will not get your own back yard. BUT you can rent a house it cheep for a big family and you can buy and cook you own food.
