I have a 4.4 weighted GPA1400 SATI am in 11th gradeI am an Eagle Scout , I work at Starbucks, I am on the Golf Team, Interact(Community service Club), National Honor Society(3.5 GPA+) , Class of 09' ( Helps organize senior events), English Literature Club, School Magazine Journalist(I write pieces for our monthly school magazine)I slacked off 10th grade and had to make up 2 classes in summer school! i recieved a B and an A- supposedly it replaces the old grade , 9th Grade i did good. I take alot of Advance Placement Courses and receive A's Or B's . I want to attend the best possible school, so far im looking at University Of Florida, any other out of state ideas? Sorry for the run-on sentences , and terrible grammer(in a rush) ;)

Don't schools have counseling centers any more? Are you home schooled? Go to the high school counseling center in your community and ask for their help. They are semi-professionals, and need to earn the taxpayer wages they are being paid.

First: slow down.If you put the same amount of effort into your college application that you just put into this question, you're not going anywhere. So take a few deep breaths and relax... better? Okay, let's take a look at things.You say you want to go to "the best possible school". That's quite a goal, and a good one, at that. However, you're really going to have to figure out what it is you're looking to get from your college career - because *that* is what's going to determine which school is the best possible one. Harvard has an outstanding law program, University of Michigan is highly-rated for pre-med and for their medical school (not to mention also for law as well!), Juilliard is world-renowned for the performing arts, while USC is churning out world-class film artists.But none of those schools is considered tops in everything. So give a healthy amount of thought to what it is you're wanting to become, and let that guide your school choice.

With that resume, I would apply to better schools.UF is in the middle of some big budget cuts which will mean less resources for an already overcrowded school. There is over 52,000 students on one campus, which means you are treated more like cattle than students.
