Rancho Park in West LA, is one of the best courses in LA. It hosted the LA Open now the Northern Trust Open for many years. It's one of the most busiest courses in the country, so it can be hard to get in during the weekends, and there is also a 9 hole par 3 course next to the regulation course. Other courses are Penmar in Venice which is the closest one from Santa Monica which is a 9 hole executive course, and 1 hole is a par 5 for women.
