I live in northern california given an estimate how much would it cost to build a 9 hole golf course??Kori
This would be regulation size clubhouse parking lot driving range im thinking a lot of acres like 120-140. This would be very nice course medium size greens and nice tee boxes.

Many millions. Plus you have to have it operational, as far as the landscaping and crew goes for 9 months after you complete it BEFORE you can open up for business. You need to count on lots of out put and no input for at least 18 months after you start.140 acres is not enough for 18 holes, you need about 3 times that. Your biggest issue will be obtaining enough water and preventing any of the golf course water from leaving the course, you can not have any run off.
