Yeah he fired her from the show and from his company. He said the reason was that he thought the fame from the Apprentice was going to her head. She was shirking her other responsibilities and acting like a prima donna.

According to Trump he fired her for neglecting her duties. He became angry at her increaed number of public speaking committments and other functions. Carolyn Kepcher purports that she was not fired though, and avoided hearing the dreaded, "You're fired" phrase. The truth probably resides somewhere in the middle.
